Subscription Model
ApplyPDF Pro is provided as a monthly subscription and renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
We generally do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods. However, we review exceptional cases, including duplicate charges and verified technical billing errors.
How to Request a Review
To request a refund review, contact support@applypdf.com with your payment email, charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access until the current paid period ends.
Important Notes
- Refund requests are evaluated case by case.
- Chargeback abuse may lead to account restrictions.
- Policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes.
